Emlyn Hall (Director)
Emlyn started teaching Science in 1997. He has worked in a wide range of different schools in both the state and independent sector. He has over 13 years of experience working as a senior school leader, and has a wealth of experience in all areas of education.
Aside from teaching, Emlyn is a successful author, having written 3 fiction books. The most popular of which (Diary of a Teenage Murderer) is currently being developed as a TV series.
Emlyn's decision to start up Success Academies was brought about by the increasing gaps in education.
He believes that all children have the right to a high quality education.
His aim is to provide free tuition to all vulnerable children, thus creating a level playing field for all.

Bart Pickett (Director)
Bart has worked in multiple roles and responsibilities; across a range of industries, including - Banking, NGOs and telecommunications. Still, he always seems to be drawn back to his true calling in education. Bart has held several prestigious positions in the education sector, including both senior and middle leadership roles. Most recently working as the Online learning lead for a large MAT (Multi Academy Trust).
Bart is also a highly skilled linguist and fluent in 6 languages. His skills are regularly called upon by a number of TV, film and literary companies.

Bart's decision to start Success Academies with Emlyn was made during the first 'lockdown' period, as a means of supporting students to close the vast educational gaps which had been created.
